Two teams from Rotaract Club of Chandragiri- Team A ( member Rtr. Ashik, Rtr. Laxman, and Rtr. Paritosh) and Team B ( member Rtr. Kanchan, Rtr. Avash and Rtr. Vibhas) participated in the Late Rtr. Santosh memorial RotaQuiz Competition held of December 10, 2016. This was a zonal level contest and both the teams did well as participants.

Team A reached upto the final stage of the competition where three Rotaract Clubs from Zone 8 were contesting against each other.
After the contest ended, we had a short meeting where we discussed our agendas and came up with ideas for new programs to organize.

Rotaract Club of Chandragiri, Rotaract Club of Mahaboudhha and Rotaract Club of Sainbu-Bhaisepati jointly hosted the First Aid Training Workshop for the year 2016. The training was conducted at New Modern English Academy, Dhapakhel, Lalitpur on 12th September, 2016.  The workshop had almost 25 participants.
The First Aid Training Workshop is an initiation of  Rotaract Club of Ithari and is conducted every year from 7th-13th September in 7 different countries by 60 different Rotaract Clubs.

After the win over Rotaract Club of Mahabouddha on the friendly Futsal, Rotaract Club of Chandragiri has again shown their domination in the game of football. Rotaract Club of Chandragiri has won the title of Water Football Champions by scoring 7 goals in the water football championship finals hosted by Rotaract Club of Jawlakhel , Manjushree. A session on Article Writing and Publishing was held on September 3, 2016 @ Patan Multiple Campus. The session was held to help fellow Rotaractors boost their writing and publishing skills. Rtr. Saugat Gautam, former president of Rotaract Club of Kathmandu Mid-Town was the host of the session and he shared a lot of tips and ideas on making ways into publishing articles in magazines and newspapers. Rtr. Gautam spoke about Rotary, its formation and the motto of the club in the first ten minutes of his session and briefed about different forms of articles and how can one make his/her way into publishing their ideas in newspapers for the next forty minutes.
